Here are some tips on how you can practice Kindness every day:

  • Make a family Kindness jar! Have your family fill a jar with random acts of Kindness they'd like to complete and help make this world a kinder place.
  • Leave a Kind note on someone's desk at work today and make their day.
  • Compliment the first three people you talk to today…doesn't matter if you know them or not!
  • Practice positive self-talk daily.
  • Surround yourself with only people and things that make your heart happy.
